This eyeshadow stand-alone tile provides a beautiful subtle colour with great glitter effect. Would work with any eye colour being a very neutral tone. Looks great alone, on the top of your favourite eye shadow or just hi-lighting your tear duct. Can be hard to use with brushes - I found best applied with fingertips for easiest no fuss application.

Don't worry about purchasing the notorious Patrick Ta's duo.. You don't need to.

This is MEGA SPARKLY and I'm very pleased

It has a different feel in the palette compared to the Urban Decay sparkler that this one is duping.. The UD is softer and more creamy to the touch but hey -it makes no difference to the sparkle amount

Bought Urban decay Moondust (glitter rock) and now bought this ELF brand (Pop Off Pink)

Put some ELF poreless putty primer on the back of my hand in order to make a comparison

ok..... so in all honesty the glitter strength was the same for both! The tiny flecks of glitter were exactly the same and just as sparkly which surprised me as I was watching MUAs on Youtube say it wasn't as sparkly.

Well having it here in front of me , it is just as sparkly. The UD has a different feel when applying your finger into the palette as the ELF one seems dryer.. but that's about it
