      As Good As They Exxy Ones

      I hate leaving reviews. Just hate it. Why would I waste my time writing reviews on mediocre products which is essentially everything on the beauty market...?

      But ELF is the exception and because the products are, on measure, excellent, I want to review to share an outstanding product.

      This is the BEST eye cream I have used and I have tried just about everything. Give it a go.
