Brilliant liner, waterproof,,did a make up on a client with the orange elf eyeshadow then used the pale blue eyeliner ,it looked amazing.I had to use another brands bright blue mascara,so maybe elf could consider bringing one out.

Too harsh for mature eye. It works well, absolutely no smudging and is easy to apply. Would definitely recommend for younger person
